Are the page dimensions appropriate to their purpose?

Yes, the pages start out being broad until you start to look for or request other information. As you move through the pages you get detailed information about the selected item. Then you can get information that is more detailed on that topic, by following links, or by following the items that are in the menus. Each pages basic purpose is to give information about a topic.

The home page is like a tree trunk. Then the links are specific branches. Each page goes out and can split out into more specific and detailed information.
